Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Scheduling
- Produce engaging social media content, with a focus on short videos.
- Create and schedule IG/FB posts, stories, and reels.
- Analyze post performance to optimize engagement.
Email Marketing
- Design and send marketing emails.
- Track and analyze email performance.
Digital Updates
- Manage Facebook headers, website updates, IG/FB bios, and FB events.
Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
Advertising & Strategy
- Assist with ticketing, ads, and promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with clients and the team to develop and execute marketing content.
- Research market trends to guide content strategy.
Team Collaboration & Innovation
- Participate in virtual and in-person team meetings.
- Contribute creative ideas that align with client visions and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Organized, detail-oriented, quick learner, and a great attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic and creative thinking capabilities to generate innovative content.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience in Adobe CC preferred but not required.
- Related major or experience preferred.
