What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Communications Technician position at Audio Acoustics?
Audio Acoustics has an immediate opening for an experienced Electronic Technician. This position will have a focus on installing, implementations, programming, and servicing Rauland healthcare communication systems.
The successful candidate should have experience with one or more of the following;
- Network cable installation
- Cable termination, management, and testing
- Good network setup & IT skills
- Good with hand and power tools
- Electronics training and field experience
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read and comprehend complex drawings, manuals, and diagrams
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals on technical tasks
- Certification in electronics, networking, or similar is preferred
- Experience running & managing a project is a plus
This position will include interactions with both contractors and end users. Work may be performed in an active construction, inpatient, or a clinical setting. Other duties will include the ongoing support of nurse call systems within the area.
Some travel on occasions with an on call rotation. Some overtime as needed. Paid training is provided upon completion of a training agreement. An individual with a strong worth ethic who is self-motivated and has good customer service skills is what we are looking for.
Audio Acoustics offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Must be able to pass a drug test, background screening, and have a clean driving record with ability to obtain a class-E driver’s license. After completion of successful training, a company vehicle will be provided. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
