We are currently seeking a full-time Business Systems Analyst for our West Jordan, UT location.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Salesforce by leveraging your proficiency and experience in Salesforce, problem solving, and attention to detail. You will be responsible to learn company processes and work with external implementation teams to adapt and implement existing processes and/or define new processes. You will also need to learn/understand software to streamline, train, troubleshoot, and support all departments within the company.
Duties Include
Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience. Duties Include
- Support departments in Salesforce.
- Apply exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Work with external teams to configure and implement Salesforce in accordance with AE requirements and standards.
- Streamline, document, and train on new and existing processes.
- Experience in creating data driven reports, joining data tables, and validating tables.
- Proficient in Excel (Required).
- Detail oriented (Required).
- Ability to multitask (Required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Office Suite (Preferred).
- Software troubleshooting experience (Preferred).
- Salesforce experience/certifications (Preferred).
