Audio Enhancement is seeking a Program Manager with an emphasis as an Integration Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in West Jordan, Utah. This in-office position focuses on managing and optimizing 3rd-party integrations into our EPIC platform, ensuring seamless connectivity and enhanced functionality across our innovative solutions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of connected systems within the education market, driving the development and deployment of secure, scalable, and high-performing integrated solutions.
Duties include:
Product Lead for Integrations
· Lead the integration of 3rd-party devices and systems into the EPIC platform, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, and sales to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables for requested integrations with the EPIC platform.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for connected systems, guiding the design, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.
System Design and Optimization
· Design and implement integrations with the EPIC platform, focusing on seamless functionality across audio-visual systems, IoT devices, and connected networks.
- Architect solutions that enable interoperability between 3rd-party audio-visual hardware and EPIC’s ecosystem, ensuring robust, reliable communication.
- Develop integrations with cloud-based services and platforms.
- Ensure all designs meet the scalability, security, and performance requirements necessary for EPIC platform operations.
Collaboration and Technical Support
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, field engineers, software & hardware engineers, and technical support.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful 3rd-party integrations and ongoing system reliability.
- Actively participate in product reviews, offering technical insights to improve system design and implementation.
Security and Compliance
· Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect networks where EPIC is deployed and the associated integrated systems from vulnerabilities.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Certifications such as Certified IoT Network Professional (CIoTP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), RCDD, CTS, or CISSP are a plus.
- 3 years of experience in Audio/Visual system integration, IoT system integration, network design, or product management.
- Experience managing 3rd-party integrations and working closely with product management and engineering teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
