We are currently seeking a full-time Travel Coordinator in our West Jordan, Utah area!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for our team members and customers. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple travel requests while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation for team members and customers.
- Ensure travel plans align with company policies and budgets.
- Provide detailed itineraries and necessary travel documentation.
- Assist with changes, cancellations, or last-minute travel adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with travelers to address any concerns or special requests.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
Requirements
Required:

Preferred:
• Some knowledge or experience with booking travel
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
