We're currently seeking a full-time, experienced Project Manager to help us deliver seamless, high-end installations while keeping our operations running efficiently. Position Overview
As Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our installation team. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, technicians, clients, and leadership, ensuring that every project remains on track from planning through completion.
This role requires a dynamic self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills—someone who takes initiative, aligns teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional results. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our College Station location, with occasional travel to nearby project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Proactively organize materials and resources to maintain workflow
- Coordinate installations between the sales and technical teams
- Develop and manage project schedules, balancing resources and deadlines
- Maintain timely, professional communication with clients to foster strong relationships
- Track project progress and ensure materials are on hand as needed
- Plan and communicate daily technician schedules for maximum efficiency
- Ensure all equipment is staged and ready before deployment
- Monitor project activity throughout the day to minimize delays and downtime
- Adhere to project management best practices, including status updates, documentation, and timeline management
- Identify and implement ongoing process improvements
- Perform additional duties to support team and project success
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management strongly preferred; candidates with significant AV experience and leadership skills will also be considered
- Background in construction, AV integration, electrical, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, with a strong record of punctuality and attendance
- Proficient with desktop and mobile computing tools
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Technical degree a plus, but not required
