Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Directors of Event Technology, Lead Technicians, and AV Technicians located in Bridgeview, IL. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to troubleshooting, information technology, technical support, communication, customer service in the event technology space, and AV sales.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, Information Technology, and Technical Support skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in audio visual technology and event production
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications in relevant technology or customer service fields are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event technology roles
