About the
Marketing Project Manager role :
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, supporting key team members, and driving efficiency in all aspects of project management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization, collaboration, and delivering high-quality results in a highly deadline-driven environment.
What You'll Do : Project Management & Coordination :
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Act as a central point of contact for all marketing initiatives, fostering clear and effective communication between team members and stakeholders.Utilize our work management tool, Wrike, to track progress, allocate resources, and monitor timelines.
Support for Key Positions :
Provide essential project management support to the Director of Marketing, ensuring strategic alignment of initiatives.Collaborate with the Content & Marketing team to coordinate a variety of strategic projects.Work closely with the Social Media team to plan and execute campaigns across platforms.Liaise with our Design team to ensure the successful delivery of creative assets and Marketing Coordinators to ensure timely execution for all other initiatives.Report to the Director of Project Management providing insight into the status of all Marketing efforts utilizing various dashboards, reports, etc.
Execution of Marketing Initiatives :
Drive execution for a variety of marketing initiatives, including :
Paid Ads :
Coordinate timelines and deliverables for paid advertising campaigns.Audio Promos :
Manage schedules and workflows for audio promotional content.Design :
Ensure timely creation and delivery of design assets in collaboration with the Design team.Show Launches :
Oversee cross-functional efforts to plan and execute successful show launches.Content Days :
Organize and streamline content creation schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency.Asset Management :
Maintain an organized repository of marketing assets and ensure accessibility for team members.Social Media & YouTube :
Work with the Social Media team to strategize and deliver engaging content across social platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Foster strong working relationships across departments to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.Facilitate open communication and collaboration to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.Participate in meetings with various vendor partners inclusive of pre-meeting preparation, notetaking, and capturing / following-up on action items.
Process Improvement & Efficiency :
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and processes to optimize team productivity.Regularly update and maintain work management tool for transparency and accountability.
What you will bring to the table :
3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager in a fast-paced environment (knowledge of the media / entertainment industry is a plus)Proficiency with work management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar platforms).Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.CAPM certification preferred, with a demonstrated understanding of project management principles.Enthusiasm for marketing trends and best practices.What audiochuck will bring to the table :
