Front Office Coordinator– Full-Time - $15-$18/hr dependent on experience.

About the position:
The Front Office Coordinator will be the friendly and caring face of the practice Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phones, generating business by turning inquiries into appointments, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and performing other administrative duties for the office.
Qualified candidates will have:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with patient, colleagues and vendors.
· Team oriented mindset with a can do attitude.
· The ability to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, walk-ins. Must have the ability to direct the flow of the office with efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude.
· A strong and proactive work ethic.
· Strong computer skills – specifically in Microsoft Word/Excel.
