Supportive, collaborative, and welcoming audiological care. Assists patients toward personalized hearing care solutions, using advanced technology to help those with hearing impairments achieve the best healthcare assessment and improve their quality of life.
Key Role and Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive diagnostic audiological testing
Delivering advanced amplification services. Such as hearing aid assessments, and collaborating with physicians to find solutions for hearing disorders
Provide personalized hearing aid fittings to improve patient outcomes, including programming and calibrating hearing aids and other assistive devices.
Stay updated with the latest research and audiology advancements to offer patients the best care.
Maintain correct and detailed patient records, including test results and treatment plans.
Able to work independently, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including Audiologists, or office staff, to develop, implement, or evaluate treatment plans. Handling repairs, reprogramming, and exchanges with ease and professionalism.
Ability to analyze situations, diagnose problems, and make sound decisions based on data and knowledge.
Ability to communicate effectively by giving full attention to what patients are saying, and to check or assess the performance of self, other individuals, or organization to make improvements or corrective actions.
Ability to practice mindfulness and use every project or challenge as an opportunity to refine the skills.
Stay calm under pressure and focus on solutions.
Ability to stay organized, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure best patient care.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Audiology, AuD.
Master or Doctor of Audiology from an accredited program.
Appropriately licensed in the State of Ohio and certification from relevant professional bodies (e.g., American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)
Audiologists of all experience levels are encouraged to apply

Experience working in a clinical or private practice setting.

Prioritizing patient-centered counseling and education, to empower individuals and families to manage hearing loss effectively.
Representing the practice through dynamic presentations and educational sessions, fostering awareness about audiology and its impact on patient's quality of life.
Ability to use audiological equipment and technology.
