What you’ll be doing
As a Client Engagement Executive, you will drive client engagement through supporting in-person client events and the client gifting program. You will support the Client Engagement Manager in increasing the number of repeat enquiries from Audley’s best clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage daily and weekly reporting to execute the process and delivery of client gifts
- Co-ordinate supplier orders for the client gifting program and offsite or virtual client events
- Provide gift delivery timeframes to client ensuring alignment with supplier
- Analyze and report on feedback from client surveys
- Support training of the client gifting program processes to drive Sales Team adherence to procedural expectations
- Submit departmental Purchase Orders in accordance with Company process and policy
- Support logistics coordination, invitations, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks required to deliver successful events
- Develop strong working relationships with key clients to be able to refer them to the Country Specialist who can best meet their travel needs ensuring an exceptional client experience
- Comfortable dealing with and resolving customer complaints
- Maintain and update client profile notes and pertinent details in the Company’s client management system
In person days will be hosted in our beautiful Boston, MA office located in the North End! We ask that employees are office-based for a minimum of 3 days per week.
Occasional weekend working may be required in this position.
Hourly salary of $24.03 to $26.44
About you
You are highly organized with exceptional time management and planning skills. You’re able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers. Previous customer relationship management systems & reporting experience is desired.

- Flexibility to travel to attend and research event venues as required
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Exceptional People skills
- Good listening skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Customer service oriented
- Adaptable and comfortable with change
- Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
