Role Highlights
- Create Dream Vacations: Plan personalized, bespoke trips for our clients using your travel expertise.
- Incredible Training and Educational Trips: Enjoy a 2-4 week familiarization trip to the amazing destination you will be specializing in. Right now, our new hires are in Thailand, Vietnam, Kenya, Spain, Italy, and New Zealand!
- Sales Targets: Hit monthly goals while building lasting client relationships.
- Client Interaction: Engage and guide clients from first contact to return.

- You have prior experience in customer service & sales
- You have a keen eye for detail (this job entails extensive administrative work)
- You are able to communicate effectively both verbally and written communication
- You are excited to educate clients on their destinations, and answer any questions about their itineraries

📍This role is located in our Boston, MA office in the North End
💰$51,000 base commission ($500-1200/month post-training)

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
- One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video assessment using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
- A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
- The last and final stage is an interview with two of our Regional Sales Managers from the hiring team.
- Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage all candidates to provide us feedback, if they wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
