In Audo Copenhagen we are looking for a new colleague to be a part of our Sales Executive team. The role as “Regional A&D Sales Manager – East Coast” involves building business and being a brand ambassador for Audo Copenhagen with a high focus on the A&D community and contract dealers primarily in the region of New York while continuing to explore opportunities across Florida, Washington DC, etc.

- Developing the market increasing sales in the BtB business
- Developing and maintaining relationships with architects, dealers and key accounts
- Promote Audo’s products and brand ensuring Audo is in focus for key stakeholders
- Networking – organizing events and attending relevant fairs (national and international)
- Communicating and acting aligned with our company values
- Build, develop and maintain a high value project pipeline
- Maintenance of CRM system and focusing on your sales targets and KPI’s.
- Develop cross brand opportunities within the Flos B&B Italia Group
- Familiarity with the New York design scene, East Coast A&D networks, or hospitality and commercial projects relevant to major cities in that region.
- Connections to East Coast-based contract dealers.
About you:
We expect a candidate with minimum 5 years’ experience in selling furniture and/or lightning and to have an extensive network within A&D, dealer and key accounts. You like to seek potential turnover, developing it and make decisions while adhering to company policies. In the role you’ll need to have strong negotiation and closing skills in the interaction with customers.
The position will be hybrid from NY showroom and require travel within the full sales region and attendance at relevant trade fairs; Due to these factors, we recommend that the most suitable candidate be located in the New York City area.
Autonomy is a defining aspect of this role, requiring a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, adept time management, and a structured approach to tasks. Ambition and a results-driven mindset are essential to achieving the company targets. We are particularly interested in candidates who possess a proactive, open-minded, and motivated approach, with excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with potential customers.
In addition to your sales background, the ideal candidate should demonstrate good IT skills in MS-Office and Microsoft-CRM.
