What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and recruit talented legal professionals through email outreach, cold calls, warm calls, and referrals.
- Engage with candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and career goals to match them with job opportunities.
- Collaborate with law firm clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the recruitment process with a plan to eventually manage it end-to-end.
What You’ll Need:
- A law degree or prior experience as a recruiter.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to commit to at least three days a week in the office.
