Assistant Director of Quality and Compliance (FT)

Starting salary: $60,502.00 annually. Will assist in the development, direction, and coordination of the quality program of Audubon Area Community Care Clinic. Will establish priorities and direct quality and compliance activities in alignment with program guidelines. Will establish annual quality standards of care utilizing the Electronic Health Record (EHR), population health management tools, and other clinical program outcomes. Will be responsible for reporting requirements for Patient Centered Medical Home, Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, annual Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting, and other clinical quality-related activities. 

A bachelor's degree with experience in healthcare administration, public health, public health administration, business, or other health-related field and a minimum of three years of experience directing or managing health or social service quality and/or clinical programs is required. A master's degree and experience in programs related to low-income clients and/or unhoused persons is preferred.
