Job Skills / Requirements
Starting wages: $14.40 hourly. Will provide support to staff so they have the resources needed to carry out services in an effective and efficient manner. Will ensure that proper documentation is received so that payments can be made, process purchase orders, balance petty cash reimbursements, process/audit drivers' cash collections, and process timesheets according to agency procedures. Will assist with daily administrative duties. Will assist with program website, calendars, reports, phone systems, software, hardware, and any other IT or reporting/organizational needs. Will provide administrative assistance to the Director, Assistant Directors, and other staff as assigned.
A high School diploma or GED with two years of experience or an associate degree is required.
