Audubon is currently seeking an Inspection Data Analyst. Responsible for managing and analyzing inspection data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of inspection results, and supporting asset integrity efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of API inspection standards, data analysis, and the ability to use software tools for managing and optimizing inspection processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and process inspection data from various inspection activities, focusing on API inspections.
- Utilize GE APM Software and other Inspection Data Management Systems (IDMS) to maintain and update asset inspection records, including visual, mechanical, and condition-based assessments.
- Review inspection reports and ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Apply knowledge of API standards (such as API 510, API 570, API 653, etc.) in managing and analyzing inspection data.
- Ensure all inspection data is compliant with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Analyze large sets of inspection data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
- Create and maintain detailed inspection reports, performance dashboards, and data visualization tools to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Leverage GE APM Software for data entry, management, and analysis, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless integration of inspection data.
- Assist with maintaining the overall asset integrity program by tracking inspection schedules, prioritizing inspections, and ensuring timely completion.
Proactively identify opportunities for data quality improvements and process efficiencies in inspection data management.
