What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender and Server position at AUDUBON COUNTRY CLUB?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure the adequate supplies are available. 2 Request additional supplies as necessary.
3 Follow set-up procedures.
4 Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
5 Collect checks/payment for drinks served as required.
6 Report complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
7 Maintain and clean equipment.
8 Maintain record of liquors, beers, wine, tobacco and sundries to ensure par stock is maintained at all times and any waste is documented.
9 Maintain daily inventory and records showing which drinks and liquors are in the greatest demand.
10 Clean and lock-up all work and storage areas.
11 Greet members and guests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
