Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Renewal Coordinator at Audubon located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Renewal Coordinator will be responsible for managing lease renewals, coordinating resident communications, conducting property tours, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Additionally, the Renewal Coordinator will assist with lease administration and support property management operations.
