We are looking for an experienced staff accountant or a strong para-professional.
Responsibilities and Qualifications :
Individual will be responsible for preparing business year end work papers, financial statements, payroll, business and personal taxes. No audits are performed.
Experience with computer and accounting programs - Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Peachtree, Thomson Reuters (Ultra Tax and Accounting CS). Public accounting experience is beneficial.
Monthly, quarterly and year end financial statement work papers can include bank reconciliations, cash receipts and disbursements and general ledger accounting.
Detail and deadline-oriented. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
This can be a full time or part-time position. Flexible hours available. Benefits are available for full time positions.
Salary is dependent on experience.
