Summary :
Provide leadership and management of projects (both internal & external client) from a project management perspective. Provide, client account and IT team support. This position performs a lead role in the planning and implementation implementation phases for technology solutions. Primary responsibilities include project planning, documentation, management of timelines, resources and deliverables.
Essential Functions :
- Liaison with internal customers and other identified stakeholders to plan, monitor and manage project timeline and deliverables
- Leads the collaboration of assigned projects and resources, including follow-up on assigned workstreams held by any project resource
- Directs project resources to follow repeatable project management methodologies
- During project delivery, support the project launch process with consultation and Change Orders for enhancements as applicable based on both internal and external client requests and ensure ROI models are analyzed
- Collaborates with internal customers and clients to prioritize and schedule operational tasks and development opportunities
- Secures, manages, and maintains relationships with key internal team members, external partners, and client representatives
- Manages tasks, dependencies, communications, timelines, and budgets for short- and long-term projects
- Updates project dashboards and other project documentation
- Participates with client project meetings, requirement gathering; product test and implementation planning sessions
- Prepares agendas and minutes for client meetings
- Supports and project manages entire solution through implementation and delivery meeting or exceeding agreed upon timelines and deliverables.
- Responsible for ensuring test plans are created and executed so that the quality of the project deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
- Assist in support tasks as needed, including defect research, prioritization, and solution recommendations
- Creates, maintains, and monitors Jira tickets for blockers, delivery and status
- Maintains relationship with providers to understand the technical interface of services or solutions
