Kigo is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Designer to join our growing marketing team. Key Responsibilities :
Design and production : Create inventive, original and stunning assets for marketing related work, including presentations, social media graphics, digital ads and online contentBrand consistency : Help define and develop Kigo's brand guidelines, ensuring visual and messaging alignment across all marketing materials.Content collaboration : Partner with the shared services design team to design visuals that enhance storytelling and align with messaging for all forms of contentSales enablement : Collaborate with the sales teams to create visually compelling collateral, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other materials that effectively communicate Kigo's value propositionWebsite design & updates : Assist in maintaining and enhancing the visual elements of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly and aesthetically appealing experience.Presentation design : Develop polished, on-brand presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams and leadershipCreative ideation : Bring fresh ideas and a creative perspective to marketing and sales strategies, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning.Project management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Requirements : Experience : 3 years of experience in a design-focused marketing role or similar position, with a proven ability to manage creative projects from concept to execution.Design expertise : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and design tools like Figma. Experience creating assets digital media, including website, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.Web and digital design : Basic familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow)Communication skills : Exceptional communication skills and confidence in making design decisions for the companyCollaboration skills : Strong interpersonal skills and experience working closely with various teams, such as executive leadership. sales and other designersInnovation and initiative : Bias for action, high judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
