Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product and User Experience Designer to join our team and help drive the success of our B2B SaaS platform. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with your team's Product Manager and the Product Design Leader to understand and execute on product requirements. You will work closely with the engineering team to deliver on the product's direction. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into interactive designs. This role requires hands-on experience in usability and interaction design alongside experience with either human centered design or lean innovation.

You'll spend your days on the following :
- Design Intuitive User Experiences : Convey design ideas and end-to-end user experience via sketches, storyboards, hi-fidelity mockups, or prototypes. Ensure end-to-end workflows have effective usability. Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal usability across devices used by enterprise-level clients.
- Partnership with product and engineers : Work closely with product management and engineering teams to translate product requirements and insights into compelling designs that align with business goals, user needs, and technical effectiveness. Work closely with engineering teams to implement designs, including detailed interaction design and full end-to-end usability. Participate in scrum processes, including sprint planning and daily standups.
- Deeply understand clients and users : Work with clients to discuss and understand the goals of the platform; help clients visualize a general concept and framework; regularly consult with clients to keep a current understanding of their needs and how we can impact organizations. Participate in research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and analytics reviews.
- Design with modern practices : Design and iterate features that incorporate synchronous and asynchronous behavioral nudges, enhancing user engagement and driving desired behaviors. Design for personalization and user-relevant content. Design for UI integrations (e.g., Outlook, Slack, Teams). Keep on top of research, trends, and best practices.
- Drive Consistency and Branding : Maintain and evolve a design system that reflects our product's identity and ensures a cohesive experience across all features and modules. Establish, continually improve, and ensure consistent adherence to our UI style guide and design system.
- Data-Informed Design : Collaborate with the Insights and Reporting Sub-team to leverage data and analytics in optimizing the user experience, ensuring the platform meets the needs of both users and administrators. Comfortable with quick rounds of lean product usability tests.
- Advocate for the User : Champion the voice of the user in all design discussions, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Innovate for the Future of Work : Partner with the product team to explore new interaction models and design trends that align with the evolving workplace engagement landscape, including the rise of AI-driven features.
