About The Role
As the Sr. Manager, Biz-Dev & Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving the identification, development and expansion of high-value B2B technology alliances, particularly within the enterprise software and supply chain ecosystem, such as ERPs, cloud platforms, data analytics, and other complementary technologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Auger’s partnership strategy, from identifying key partners to negotiating complex deals that drive mutual growth and business success for customers.
As a senior leader, you’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, finance, and executive teams to integrate these partnerships into our go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and long-term business vision. Your expertise in negotiating and managing large-scale software partnerships will be crucial in accelerating Auger’s market position.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential strategic software and technology partners in the enterprise B2B space (e.g., cloud platforms, ERPs, SaaS solutions, data analytics, AI/ML technologies).
- Business Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead high-value negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with both Auger’s business goals and partner objectives. Drive complex, cross-functional agreements that integrate technology, marketing, and business strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to develop and implement effective partnership strategies. Ensure seamless integration of partner technologies into Auger’s product suite.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay on top of trends in enterprise software, SaaS, and technology ecosystems. Identify new partnership opportunities and potential threats from emerging technologies.
- Partner Enablement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and the successful execution of joint go-to-market plans and product integrations.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, monitoring key performance indicators such as revenue impact, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 8 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, with a focus on enterprise software or B2B technology. Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Proven Success in Tech Partnerships: Demonstrated history of negotiating and securing strategic partnerships with leading enterprise software companies. Familiarity with the full partnership lifecycle from initial engagement to execution and optimization.
- Strong Analytical, Negotiation & Deal-Making Skills: Expertise in structuring and closing complex, high-value technology partnerships. Ability to align technical and business objectives across multiple stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align partnership goals with overall company strategy.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the enterprise B2B and/or Supply Chain software ecosystem, including cloud technologies, SaaS, data platforms, and enterprise solutions like ERP and CRM systems.
