As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee and optimize asset performance, drive value creation, and manage financial reporting for their investments. This role is a key leadership position within the organization.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $190,000
- 20% annual bonus
- 3 weeks of vacation
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance and strategic management of the company’s diversified investment portfolio, including real estate, hospitality, and startup ventures.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize returns and long-term value for all investments.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to evaluate asset performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with property managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and profitability.
- Manage investment risk by monitoring market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments.
- Lead due diligence efforts for new acquisitions, conducting financial modeling and feasibility studies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key business partners.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal governance policies across all assets.
- Optimize real estate holdings through leasing strategies, redevelopment opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on asset repositioning, disposition, and reinvestment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in asset management, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or investment management.
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Deep understanding of asset valuation, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or investment groups is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and business interests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles market and investment landscape.
