We are currently looking for a Team Lead to service the Oakland and Wayne County area. The hours and schedule of this position are dependent on call offs and are not always consistent. This position will be on call from 8am-9pm Monday-Friday and on call every 4th weekend.
We provide use of a company car that is picked up from our office location.
Schedule:
- Must Be Flexible
- Monday - Friday: 8AM-9PM (on Call)
- Weekends: As necessary
- Approximately 15- 35 hours/week
Responsibilities Include:
- Cover shortage
- Willingness to drive to multiple buildings per night
- Supply buildings with equipment and chemicals
- Person(s) must be able to take care of assigned buildings and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties: Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, sanitizing, etc)
- Report to Operations Management any issues
- Encourage and Engage with Staff
- Relationship Building
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Ability to lift/pull heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Communication skills
- Ability to walk and or stand for long periods of time
- Familiarity with Material Safety
- Integrity and ability to work independently and as a team
- Be on time or early
- Friendly, people oriented
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a standard background check
- Must have reliable transportation to work
