Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and guide our organization through Agile transformation. - Coach teams and individuals in Agile principles, values, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) to foster self-organization and high-performance.
- Conduct assessments of current Agile practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored coaching plans.
- Lead Agile workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies (such as retrospectives, planning sessions) to promote understanding and adoption of Agile practices.
- Mentor and support Scrum Masters, product owners, and other Agile roles to enhance their skills in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, and prioritizing work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, streamline processes, and optimize workflow.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops, metrics, and experimentation.
- Facilitate organizational change by promoting Agile values and principles at all levels of the organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to align Agile practices with strategic business goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, coaching techniques, and organizational change management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Agile transformation leader in a large-scale organization.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and their application in different contexts.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to embrace Agile principles and practices.
- Experience in organizational change management and guiding Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are desirable.
