- Oversee the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment of analytics efforts with overall goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify trends or issues.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytics activities.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
