Key Responsibilities
- System Analysis: Assist in analyzing and documenting business requirements, workflows, and system specifications. Identify and recommend solutions to improve IT processes and systems.
- Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
- Implementation & Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications. Ensure systems are updated and patched regularly.
- Data Management: Support data management tasks including database queries, data migration, and report generation. Ensure data integrity and security.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers on IT projects. Assist in project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and procedures. Update knowledge base articles and user guides as necessary.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and applications. Develop training materials and user documentation as needed.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or a related role preferred. Entry-level candidates with relevant internships or academic projects will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications. Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and IT support tools.
