The Associate Wealth Management Analyst will support the wealth management team in delivering high-quality financial planning and investment advisory services to our clients. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with client communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing clients’ financial statements, investment portfolios, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, performance summaries, and investment recommendations for client meetings.
- Client Support: Provide support in client communications, including answering inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on client requests.
- Market Research: Conduct research on financial markets, investment products, and economic trends to support investment decision-making.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data and financial information in internal systems.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with the preparation of client presentations, documentation for financial plans, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field preferred. Internship experience will be considered.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Certifications: CFA Level I or CFP coursework in progress is a plus.
