- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding business within existing client accounts.

- 5 years of experience in business engagement, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships and drive engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and engagement analytics tools.
