Business Finance Partner

Job Summary: The Business Finance Partner will act as a key advisor to senior management, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met, risks are managed, and opportunities are maximized.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of departmental and organizational budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s financial health.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to provide financial guidance and support, fostering a strong partnership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or business partnering, preferably within a similar industry or organization.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
