- Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage potential cloud engineering candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create detailed job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified cloud engineers to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on cloud engineering or IT roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and related skill sets (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
