Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and potential threats.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the financial impact of potential transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence on prospective business deals, including analyzing financial statements, assessing operational capabilities, and evaluating strategic fit.
- Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of M&A transactions by supporting negotiations, coordinating with legal and financial advisors, and preparing necessary documentation.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar role.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A processes.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to senior executives.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. Experience with financial databases and software is a plus.
