As the DAO Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic vision, roadmap, and feature set for our DAO platform. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, community managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and growth of our decentralized governance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and vision for our DAO platform, aligning with the company's overall mission and goals.
- Develop and maintain a clear and prioritized roadmap for DAO platform features and enhancements, based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, community members, and legal advisors, to gather requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Foster a vibrant and engaged community around our DAO platform, including managing community feedback, facilitating discussions, and organizing governance proposals.
- Design and implement effective governance mechanisms within the DAO platform, including voting mechanisms, proposal frameworks, and incentive structures.
- Collaborate with blockchain developers and smart contract engineers to ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of DAO platform features.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with decentralized governance, including regulatory compliance, security vulnerabilities, and community disputes.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of the DAO platform, and regularly analyze data to optimize product performance.
- Create comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and educational materials to support DAO participants and stakeholders. Serve as an advocate for decentralized governance principles both internally and externally, promoting the benefits and capabilities of our DAO platform.
- 3 years of product management experience in blockchain technology, with specific experience in decentralized applications (dApps) and DAOs preferred.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Ethereum or other blockchain platforms.
- Experience in managing or contributing to online communities, with a deep understanding of community dynamics and engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and community contributors.
