- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and related technical roles.
- Client Engagement: Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights and recommendations.
- Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top DevOps talent.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals through networking events, online platforms, and professional organizations.
- Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically with a focus on DevOps, SRE, or similar technical roles. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tech recruitment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of DevOps principles, tools, and technologies (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
