Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Investment Banking to lead our investment banking division. This role will involve overseeing client engagements, managing deal execution, and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of success in investment banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored financial solutions.
• Deal Execution: Lead and oversee the execution of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and financial restructurings.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and expand the firm's client base.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of analysts and associates, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights to clients.
• Presentation Development: Prepare and present high-quality pitch books, financial models, and transaction documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including research, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services, with a focus on M&A and capital markets.
• Proven track record of managing and closing significant transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
