Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Partnership Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Augmentjobs’ business objectives. Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners. Act as the primary point of contact for partnership-related matters and address any issues or opportunities that arise.
- Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations for partnership contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for Augmentjobs and align with our business goals.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other relevant departments to integrate partnership opportunities and ensure successful execution of partnership agreements.
- Monitor and Evaluate Partnership Performance: Track the performance of existing partnerships, analyze results, and provide insights for improvement. Report on partnership outcomes and their impact on business objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential partners. Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape to enhance partnership strategies.
- Develop Partnership Materials: Create and manage presentation materials, proposals, and reports for potential and existing partners.
- Leadership and Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of partnership managers or coordinators, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field. Proven track record of successful partnership development and negotiation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
