Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive engagement strategies.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of engagement programs and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of engagement activities.
- Lead and mentor the engagement services team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with other directors and senior leadership to align engagement activities with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for engagement initiatives.
- Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and forums.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in engagement, public relations, program management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
