Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and company research within the metals and mining sector.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
- Support senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic transactions.
- Analyze industry trends, market data, and competitor performance to provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure transactional integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain databases and tracking systems to monitor deal flow, market activity, and client interactions.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
