- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives and hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs and providing expert advice on talent acquisition.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including executive search, networking, and social media, to identify and engage high-caliber executive candidates.
