Position Overview

The Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist at Augmentjobs will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for senior-level and executive positions across various departments. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to sourcing, assessing, and securing top talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive recruitment, a deep understanding of talent markets, and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract high-caliber executive candidates. Utilize various channels including executive search firms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure alignment with the company’s leadership requirements. Evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews and assessments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic advice on market trends, compensation, and candidate profiles.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future executive roles. Engage with potential candidates and nurture relationships to ensure a strong candidate pool.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for executive roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction. Use data to drive improvements in the recruitment process.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of filling senior-level positions.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various industries and their talent landscapes, with the ability to quickly adapt to different sectors.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Networking: Strong networking abilities with established relationships within the executive talent community.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Confidentiality: High level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and online professional networks.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Executive Search Experience: Previous experience working with executive search firms or as an in-house executive recruiter.
  • Global Recruitment: Experience in recruiting for international or multi-national executive roles.
  • Change Management: Ability to manage recruitment processes in dynamic and rapidly changing environments.
