- Collaborate with other professionals, such as tax advisors and estate planners, to provide holistic financial advice when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Financial Coach, Financial Advisor, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and personal finance management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar certification preferred.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, and maintain confidentiality.
