Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Financial Insights Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and driving data-driven decisions to support business objectives. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, analytical acumen, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine financial models and business strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Data Management: Manage and analyze financial data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies, providing recommendations for risk mitigation and compliance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or management, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and improving financial performance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial software; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
