Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Oversee and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Budget Management: Support budget preparation and monitoring processes. Assist in analyzing budget variances and providing recommendations for cost control.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- System Management: Maintain and update financial systems and databases. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial operations and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support: Provide financial support to various departments as needed, including training staff on financial procedures and answering financial queries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in financial operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
