Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting activities to support the organization's strategic goals. This role requires a keen understanding of financial modeling, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including revenue projections and expense management.

- Support decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis on trends affecting the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide support on ad hoc financial projects.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, financial planning software).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles and understanding of financial statements.
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
