- Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Modeling & Valuation: Build and maintain financial models to assess the valuation and potential return on investment for prospective companies.
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and other investors to source high-quality deal flow.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and supporting portfolio companies, including preparing performance reports and facilitating strategic initiatives.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies and recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
