Key Responsibilities
- Program Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and oversee DEI programs and initiatives aligned with Augmentjobs’ strategic goals.
- Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of DEI programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Create and maintain resources and tools to support inclusive practices across all departments.
- Policy and Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and refine DEI strategies and policies.
- Ensure that DEI initiatives are integrated into overall business strategies and operations.
- Conduct regular reviews of company policies and practices to ensure they are inclusive and equitable.
- Training and Education:
- Design and deliver training sessions on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics for employees at all levels.

- Employee Engagement:
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Support employee resource groups (ERGs) and other internal networks focused on diversity and inclusion.
- Address and resolve DEI-related concerns and conflicts within the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion Certification) preferred.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, with a proven track record of managing DEI programs and initiatives.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and industry trends. Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to workplace diversity.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines effectively.
