Job Summary

The Inclusion Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within Augmentjobs. This role will drive the creation of inclusive programs and practices that enhance the company culture and support the recruitment, retention, and advancement of diverse talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development and Management:
    • Design, implement, and oversee DEI programs and initiatives aligned with Augmentjobs’ strategic goals.
    • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of DEI programs and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Create and maintain resources and tools to support inclusive practices across all departments.
  • Policy and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and refine DEI strategies and policies.
    • Ensure that DEI initiatives are integrated into overall business strategies and operations.
    • Conduct regular reviews of company policies and practices to ensure they are inclusive and equitable.
  • Training and Education:
    • Design and deliver training sessions on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics for employees at all levels.
    • Promote and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events to raise awareness and drive engagement in DEI initiatives.
  • Communication and Outreach:
    • Act as a point of contact for DEI-related inquiries and provide guidance on inclusive practices.
    • Develop communication strategies to effectively share DEI goals, progress, and successes with the organization.
    • Partner with external organizations, community groups, and educational institutions to promote Augmentjobs’ DEI efforts.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze data related to DEI metrics, employee feedback, and program outcomes.
    • Prepare and present reports on DEI progress and impact to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
    • Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Foster an inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement activities and initiatives.
    • Support employee resource groups (ERGs) and other internal networks focused on diversity and inclusion.
    • Address and resolve DEI-related concerns and conflicts within the organization.
Skills And Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion Certification) preferred.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, with a proven track record of managing DEI programs and initiatives.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and industry trends. Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to workplace diversity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DEI program development in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of various DEI metrics and evaluation tools.
  • Proven ability to drive cultural change and engage employees in DEI initiatives.

Work Environment

  • Full-time position based at Augmentjobs headquarters.
  • Hybrid work model with some remote work flexibility.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training, events, or conferences.
