Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support client transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and offering memoranda.
- Perform industry and company research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support due diligence processes, gathering and analyzing financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and recommendations for clients.
- Stay informed about market developments and regulatory changes impacting the investment banking industry.
- Participate in client meetings and communicate findings effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) is preferred.
- Prior internships or experience in investment banking, finance, or consulting is a plus.
