- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support transaction strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
